Faith & Parker

Faith and Parker’s engagement session at McKinney Falls makes the Hill Country look like the most romantic, dreamy location. Their chemistry and obvious love for one another was such a privilege to witness, and I cannot wait for their wedding this coming October!

We started our session in the iconic McKinney Falls State Park bluebonnet fields with the picnic basket that was a part of their proposal. I love intentional details and the context they can bring to a photoshoot, so I was beyond excited that they cared to include those kinds of details in our time together.

After their picnic, we packed up the picnic basket and explored one of the forested areas of the state park. I first scouted this spot when I shot Kaela + Tommy’s engagement session a few years ago, so it was really fun to revisit the area and look at it from a fresh perspective.

The shoot ended in true Texas style: with a dip in the river, bugs lazily flying around, and an adorable fingernail moon.
